CFL provides a one stop shop for supply of Fresh Herbs and cut Roses to the export Market, mainly UK, Germany, Scandinavian countries and rest of Europe.
CHARM FLOWER - HISTORY
The project was initiated with view of specializing in production of Lisianthus (Eustoma) and was commenced with only four hectares of the same. Over the following ten years CFL became the largest Lisianthus grower and producer in the world dominating supplies into the major supermarket chains in the UK.
Due to technical challenges CFL decided to introduce roses in place of Lisianthus which commenced in 2008. By the year 2012 all the Lisianthus were faced out converting the whole project to producing premium quality cut roses.
In the year 2015 due to high demand CFL decided to venture into production of Fresh Herbs and gradually started pulling out production of roses. Currently CFL remains with only 7.5 hectares of rose plantation whereas the rest of the area now put to Fresh Herbs production.
